Common Issues¶
The app is crashing or won't open
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Check for an app update in the App Store.
- Restart your device.
- Reinstall the app — note that because data is stored locally, reinstalling will lose your answer history. Use as a last resort.
If the problem continues, send a bug report from inside the app (just shake your device — a pre-filled email opens with a screenshot attached), or email us with your device model and iOS version.
Spanish speech sounds robotic
iOS ships with Standard Spanish voices by default — they sound mechanical. Download a free Enhanced or Premium Spanish voice from:
iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Spanish
Pick a region (Spain, Mexico, Latin America, …) and tap the download icon next to any Enhanced or Premium voice. Back in LinguaMorpha, tap the gear icon → Speech and select the voice you just downloaded.
I want to reset my progress
In the app, go to Settings → Data → Reset Progress. You can reset verbs only, nouns only, or everything at once. Your word-selection filters are kept.
How do I send feedback or report a bug?
The fastest way is to shake your device from anywhere inside the app. A pre-filled email compose sheet opens immediately with a screenshot of the current screen attached. Describe what you saw and send.
