User Guide

Welcome to the LinguaMorpha User Guide. Use the navigation on the left to explore each section of the app.

The guide is organised first by app-wide screens (main screen, settings, self study), then by language module — Latin and Spanish — each with their own set of detail pages.

What's in this guide

  • LinguaMorpha (Main Screen) — Your starting point. A quick tour of the home screen and how to navigate the app.
  • Settings — Global app preferences: interface language, native language, speech, session size, dictionary services, and data management.
  • Self Study — Choose what to study within whichever module you're in.

Latin

  • Latin Coach — Overview of the Latin module and its Setup / Study / Test pipelines.
  • Declensions — All five declensions; pick a pool, study paradigms, drill production and recognition.
  • Adjectives — All five patterns, comparative and superlative, plus the Concordance Drill (the unique drill no other consumer iOS Latin app implements).
  • Verbs — All five conjugations, every classical tense / mood / voice.
  • Sentence Parser — Paste any Latin sentence and get every word parsed.
  • Macrons — How macron-accurate checking works and how to type macrons on iOS.

Spanish

  • Verbs Coach — Deep-dive into Spanish verbs with dedicated setup, study, and test modes.
  • Nouns Coach — Practise gender, plurals, and alternate-gender pairs.
  • Phrases — Set phrases and common Spanish expressions (greetings, time, social formulas).
  • Words — Single-word vocabulary that isn't a verb or noun: adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, numbers.
